BSG-Online



The Business Strategy Game, or “BSG-Online,” by McGraw-Hill Irwin is a Business simulation game. It was developed in 2008 to help educate students in the field of Business Strategy. BSG-Online is the sister game to its old brother Business Strategy Game that dates back to the early 1990s. The BSG-Online is a PC-based exercise, modeled to reflect and mimic the real-world decision making skills of any global shoe company such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, Re-book and others. Students compete in a head-to-head competition against companies run by other class members, their grades will be determined on their placing. The game is some what complex and there are many cause-effect relationships on the decisions that the students make. The business strategy game mimics all aspects of a global corporation where every decision has a positive and negative outcome associated with it.
